CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
By typing my name and submitting this form, I agree to the following for the property selected above:
1. All information Gulf Coast Multifamily ("Broker") provides about the property, including financial statements, rent rolls, leases and due diligence materials (the "Information"), is confidential and is provided solely so I can evaluate a possible purchase.
2. I will not share the Information with anyone except my partners, lenders, attorneys and advisors who need it for that evaluation and who agree to keep it confidential.
3. I will not contact the owner, residents or on-site staff, or tour the property, without Broker's prior consent.
4. The Information is provided as-is. Neither Broker nor the owner makes any representation about its accuracy or completeness, and I will rely on my own investigation.
5. If I am a broker, I represent the buyer identified in this form, and no commission is owed to me by the owner or Broker unless agreed in a separate written agreement.
6. If requested, or if I decide not to pursue the property, I will return or destroy the Information.
7. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the property is located. My typed name below is my electronic signature.
